Meet Dr. Bailey Pt, DPT

A former college athlete turned Doctor of Physical Therapy, Dr. Bailey knows firsthand how frustrating it is when pain starts calling the shots. Whether she was on the basketball court, in the weight room, or out on the trails, she learned early on that the hardest part of an injury isn’t just the physical pain—it’s the fear of being sidelined from what you love.

Bailey founded Be Brave PT and Movement to change that story.

With years of experience working with high-level athletes and active individuals from all walks of life, she’s seen the same pattern repeat: people putting their lives on hold because they don’t have a clear path forward. "Be Brave" is her mission to help clients choose to move through injury, not away from it.

To Bailey, this isn’t just physical therapy—it’s a mindset shift. It’s the transition from "be afraid" to "be brave." She believes that anyone can train smart, rehab intentionally, and stay strong, even when movement isn't perfect. Her goal is to help you break the cycle of setbacks so you can start moving fearlessly again.

You don’t need to pause your goals; you just need the right plan to keep chasing them.
